Respecting the Environment; we seek out suppliers who actively conserve soil, water and the natural environment. We aim to use renewable materials where ever possible.  Our waste is reduced, reused and recycled, and we build energy efficient homes.

Building Standards;  we build to one of the highest building codes on the planet, that of the state of California, USA.  These codes are designed to withstand most natural disasters, despite the fact that the island has never been hit by earthquakes and lies too far south of any hurricane tracks that the Northern Caribbean islands are linked to!

Respecting People;  Just as we do business, we expect our suppliers to meet or exceed local laws and applicable conventions on: employee wages and benefits, health and safety: labor and human rights.  We actively encourage and take part in local community education programs, and actively make charitable donations to support local kids.  We are committed to honest sales, and are strong believers in the 'no-pressure' sale,  whether it takes you 1 month or 1 year to ask us to be your partner, there's no hard sell - Guaranteed!     We do NOT condone time-share type sales techniques.  A good deal is one that helps you to sleep and not lose it!   Dream your dreams, and let us build them for you....the honest way!
